Inside Sales Manager

Job Description:

As our Inbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Every day, you will manage inbound leads, develop strategies to convert leads into customers and lead a team of inbound sales representatives. To thrive, you must value coaching sales representatives and driving sales revenue while prioritizing the company’s goals first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of inbound sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team success.

• Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the inbound sales team and develop strategies to achieve and exceed these targets.

• Oversee the inbound lead generation process, including lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion.

• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions to drive inbound sales growth.

• Foster strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience.

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales management and inbound queue management experience.

• Must be strong in sales training, coaching, and personnel development.

• High-energy leader who can energize sales staff to attain and exceed ambitious goals.

• Background in developing a successful sales and account management team is essential.

• Proficiency in sales software and tools like Salesforce, SAP, and Genesys.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.

For this role, in those locations, the expected OTE range for this role is $96,666.67 - $120,000.00 OTE includes base salary and commission, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
