Senior Solution Consultant

Job Description:

As a Senior Solution Consultant at Sage, you'll play a pivotal role in the burgeoning SC Intacct Essential initiative. Your primary responsibilities include contributing to the development and upkeep of the SC Intacct Essential Playbook, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness. Daily, you will collaborate closely with the Account Executive throughout the sales cycle, enhancing our client engagement strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying prospects' needs and goals, effectively demonstrating how Intacct Essentials can address their challenges and help achieve their objectives. Additionally, you will highlight the direct benefits they'll gain from our solutions.

We are looking for someone who is inherently curious and driven to understand and explore new solutions. Your curiosity will fuel your continuous learning about our product, the industry, and our competitors, empowering you to provide innovative solutions that help businesses scale and better support their missions. A deep understanding of our product, the industry, our competitors, and our partners is essential for success in this role. Your ability to seamlessly work across departments will be key; you’ll coordinate with system implementators and Sage's customer success team to deliver comprehensive solutions. This role requires a strong team player with excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, who is eager to drive change and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

What will you be doing?

• Collaborating with the Account Executives

• Assist in creating the SC Intacct Essentials Playbook

• Creating ROI cases and points

• Be the trusted advisor to Sage Intacct Essential customers

• Mentor and coaching new Solution Consultant team members

Experience you need to have:

• 3+ Years as a Solutions Consultant

• Finance/Accounting knowledge (Nice to have)
