Job Description:

As the Compensation Partner for your client group at Sage, your role is to champion fair and competitive compensation practices. You'll work closely with People Business Partners and business leaders across functions and units to craft a global compensation strategy that not only values our people but also enhances their overall experience. Your focus is on making impactful investments that recognize and reward our colleagues while ensuring their continued motivation and satisfaction. Additionally, you'll play a key role in educating and supporting colleagues in implementing effective compensation programs within their respective areas, all while embracing a human-centered approach to design exceptional experiences for our team.

In your first 30 days, get familiar with our philosophy.

Within 60 days, focus on building relationships with client groups.

By day 90, aim to influence and drive effective decision-making with Business Partners and similar stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Compensation Partner at Sage, your pivotal role ensures fair and impactful compensation practices within your client group. You'll lead the compensation program in alignment with directives from the Compensation Director. This involves planning and overseeing compensation-related projects, collaborating with external consultants when necessary, and defining implementation requirements. Your focus on efficiency and innovation includes identifying process improvements and working with the Reward CoE for effective solutions.

Executing annual pay, bonus, and LTIP reviews is part of maximizing value for the organization. You'll also contribute to enhancing global compensation programs and lead specific program designs. Collaboration is key as you partner with various teams like People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and People Services. This collaboration extends to supporting People Business Partners in implementing global compensation projects and working with Talent Acquisition on compensation issues related to recruitment, retention, and talent development.

In essence, your role ensures that Sage's compensation practices not only align with our values but also contribute significantly to the success of our colleagues.

Hybrid work arrangement (fully remote until our new office at Ponce City Market opens, then 2-days on-site and 3 days remote). Must have 3+ years of applicable experience.
