Bilingual/French-Practice Success Manager

Job Description:

As our Bilingual Practice Success Manager, you are responsible for developing and growing business with bookkeeping and accounting practices by positioning Sage for Accountants. Every day, you will work with our existing and new bookkeeping and accounting firm clients to position multiple Sage products from GoProposal to Futrli. You will conduct discoveries with prospective practices to understand their business and clients to align one or multiple Sage solutions based on their needs. To thrive in this quota-based role, you will develop trusted relationships with practice owners to expand their footprint of Sage solutions for their practice or to serve their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage conversations with prospective bookkeepers and accountants to build a relationship and determine multiple Sage solutions apart of Sage for Accountants that will benefit their practice.

•Establish value by presenting Sage for Accountants and how solutions such as Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Auto Entry could be possible solutions for bookkeepers and accountants who provide accounting services.

•Initiate telephone and email contacts with bookkeepers and accountants from marketing qualified leads (i.e., online registrations, events, newsletters, etc.)

•Results-driven with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed key performance indicators, pipeline creation, and revenue targets.

•Identify potential cold prospects and drive new pipelines and opportunities.

Qualifications:

•Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry.

• A background in accounting/finance is preferred but not required.

•Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce.

•Ability to travel up to 10%.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.

For this role, in those locations, the expected OTE range for this role is $96,666.67 - $116,666.67. OTE includes base salary and commission, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
