Cloud Operations Director
Job Description:
Sage Software, Inc. has full time position in Lawrenceville, Georgia for a Cloud Operations Director. Duties include: Build and manage Automation and Tools Team to facilitate Cloud Ops and Sage’s world-class SaaS operation; Provide an overarching strategy and recommend automation and tools to monitor operational efficiencies across all business units and all cloud-native services; Interact with product team leaders to define requirements to enhance delivery of cloud-native functionalities including the Azure Dev/Test Labs in the development tool-chain; Lead highly skilled SRE/DevOps teams, with a DevOps mind-set to deliver targeted customer satisfaction, availability, performance, data security, for Sage’s online product portfolio; Lead solutions and services to simplify customer experience, manage operational and delivery risks, improve usability, and support goals for Sage’s online product portfolio; Research and build knowledge of new & current services, technologies, and business processes to prioritize, gain efficiencies, and improve customer experience; Work with the VP service architecture & VP service security to set technical standards & strategic direction for the global product portfolio; Ensure the SRE/DevOps teams prioritize creation and enhancement of infrastructure automation to support secure and scalable environments to satisfy operational, governance, product, and customer needs across the global portfolio; Enable continuous deployment cycles and on-demand deployment processes across all global products; Provide strategy and direction to the Senior Management Team to deliver world class online service and manage expectations across Commercial and Senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted) plus 5 years of experience.
Background check required. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Must reside within normal commuting distance from company office.
