We’re looking for a Portfolio Data Analyst to join our two-year Graduate programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company.

What you’ll be involved in

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Product Organisation to ensure the efficient and effective execution of product strategy and delivery processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning and success of our product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll also be involved in,

• Streamlining operational processes to enhance team efficiency.

• Assisting in planning, scheduling and tracking timely delivery of products.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of projects

• Assisting in resource allocation

• Generating reports to help the business make informed decisions.

• Facilitating communication with the product teams and other departments.

What are we looking for?

We are open to all backgrounds, however there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. You’ll need to be a Graduate, but we’re open to what degree discipline that will be in.

You’ll also ideally have,

• Excellent people skills, able to instil trust, belief and confidence.

• Exceptional team player, able to facilitate bringing the right people together.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are empowered to deliver.

• Data driven, able to work with large data sets to make effective recommendations.

• As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world at all levels.

This role is based out of our Newcastle office. You’ll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.

What you can expect from the process

  3. If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre in the summer.

  4. Successful candidates will join us on 1 October 2024
